This conference will bring out latest thinking and initiatives to improve graduate employment outcomes.

Delegates will examine challenges in the graduate labour market, new trends in recruitment practices, and how universities can better work with business to improve employability of undergraduates.

It comes with the Teaching Excellence Framework - which includes graduate employment rates and earnings as key metrics - being introduced in 2017 and is also timed follow the review of the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey, due to conclude in early 2017.
