Firm criticised for unpaid graduate training scheme


Capita is one of the UK's largest outsourcing companies, and it has been criticised for running a graduate scheme that has four months of unpaid training.

The company has advertised a number of roles in its IT resourcing division that demand that applicants are graduates and are able to attend a eight to 16 weeks of unpaid training in London or Manchester.
