At the AGR’s AGM in January of this year the members approved the creation of four new director posts – two for supplier members and two for university members. We also need to replace a number of employer directors who have completed their term of office.
We'd like to hear from you if you:
- Have the skills necessary to take on a leadership role with the leading voice of student employers?
- Have opinions on the future direction of the AGR and want to put them into action?
- Have considerable experience of the student recruitment and development industry that you can leverage to help create a high performing AGR?
The AGR is continuing to undergo significant change as we seek to add more value to members. As a Director you could play a key part helping create a new AGR.
As a rough guide, board activities would consume 1-2 days per month on average. There are 4-6 board meetings per year, one involving an overnight stay. Directors should attend the AGR’s key events: annual conferences, AGM and Showcase.
